- Your school/organization will receive 11 x 17 card sheets for each student to complete their artwork on.
- Students create their works of art in the classroom with the teachers.
- A representative from your school will need to collect artwork and enter all first names and ages on our online software.
- Ship all artwork to us at Art Cards by Kids.
- Art Cards by Kids scans and creates personalized sample cards for each student to take home with their artwork on the front, name and age on the back, and order form printed on the inside.
- Students return sample card/order form to school along with payment.
- School representative enters orders on our online software and all money collected is deposited into your school account. Art Cards by Kids ships completed cards back to the school, individually packaged for each student and grouped in classes.
- An Art Cards by Kids invoice is included with your final shipment.
You will need school address, list of teachers and number of students in each class so we can send your art sheets & teacher guidelines.
